The Architecture of Trust
Impartial Auditing
You do not need a HashPaper account to verify a document. This ensures that third parties—such as judges, opposing legal counsel, or investors—can independently audit a claim without friction.
Mathematical Certainty
When a Certificate ID is queried, the ledger retrieves the exact SHA-256 hash generated on the Priority Date. If the creator's current text produces a different hash, the court knows it was altered.
Privacy Preserved
The public ledger never exposes the actual intellectual property. It only displays the metadata, the owner's masked alias, and the 64-character hash string, ensuring complete trade secret protection.
